Online Payment Portal
Welcome to a simplified payment process. Through our secure online portal, you can easily make a payment using the method you prefer, view your billing statements, see your payment history, send us a message and more.
Financial Assistance & Insurance Information
Understanding the cost of care and planning ahead is imperative. We’re happy to go over our pricing structures with you and help you look into potential financial options that can help with covering care — including Medicare, Medicaid, veterans’ benefits and long-term care insurance. We can also help you explore opportunities for financial assistance as well.

Department Heads
Communication with Department Heads is the best place to start as these Team Members often have the ability to quickly resolve your concern. Department Head contact information is found in the welcome packet or can be obtained at the front desk and directory. Each service line of the facility has a department leader.
Director of Nursing
The largest department in each Carespring facility is Nursing. In addition to each RN Unit Manager and the Assistant Director of Nursing we have a Director of Nursing who guides and directs the Nursing Department. To discuss any Nursing related concerns contact the Director of Nursing.
Facility Administrator
The Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall facility operations. If you were unable to find resolution working through the Department Head, we encourage you to contact the Facility Administrator.
Corporate Compliance
Should there be an occasion when resolution is not attained at the facility level, we urge you to contact our Corporate Compliance Officer. This communication can be conducted anonymously by calling 1-888-248-7799. You can also email [email protected]
