Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and Carespring ( “we,” “our” or “us”).  By using any of the Services you agree to these Terms, including terms that limit our liability and require individual arbitration for any potential legal dispute. You also agree to any additional terms specific to Services you use (“Additional Terms”), such as those listed below, which become part of your agreement with us. You should read all of our terms carefully.

Acceptance of Terms.
By initiating a Transaction you represent and warrant that you are either an adult at least 18 years of age, an emancipated minor, or legally acting within your authority as an agent, contractor, employee, officer or director of an entity or organization. Only such persons which meet these requirements are authorized to initiate payment. As such, we are relying on the fact that you are legally competent and able to contract. Furthermore, that you understand and agree that these Terms constitute a binding obligation upon you or the entity or organization you represent.

Privacy
Protecting the Privacy of our customers is very important. Our Privacy Policy is available for your review. If you have any concerns, please review this policy before attempting your Transaction.

Identification Methods
We will take steps to prevent Card fraud. If we have reason to believe you are not authorized to use the Card you present  then we will not authorize your transaction.

Role of Card Issuer
We accept and processes cards bearing the Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®, brands only. We will not attempt to obtain authorization for a Transaction involving any other type of Card.

Convenience Fees.
There is a 2.15% Convenience Fee applied to each payment.  Convenience Fees are the Fees charged for initiating a payment. You have the opportunity to cancel any Transaction before making payment and becoming responsible for Convenience Fees, which will be charged Unauthorized Transaction

If You believe a payment is an Unauthorized Transaction contact Carespring. If a transaction is valid, but a Charge Back or Retrieval Request has been filed, Cardholder may be assessed a fee of $40. You are encouraged to read your agreement with your card issuer. Under most Card Issuing Agreements you agreed to indemnify the Card Issuer of all liability and take upon yourself full liability, up to and including, liability for all Legal Fees and Damages of the Card Issuer. Carespring retains the right to sue you and your card issuing bank for facilitating fraud when a chargeback is filed and Carespring loses when proof can be provided of the transactions validity.
